  • 3 bay leaves

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make:

  1. Clean the prawn from the skin and head, but do not separate the tail.
  2. Combine garlic, ginger, red chili, lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, and cooking oil in a large container.

  4. Dip the prawn into the spice mixture until evenly coated.
