- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm ginger, freshly grated
- 2 cm galangal, freshly grated
- 2 lemongrass stalks, freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons oil for sautéing
- 1 liter of water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Ground spices:
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 curly red chilies
- 3 cayenne pepper (adjust to desired level of spiciness)

How to make:
- Heat oil in a wok. Sauté garlic, ginger, galangal, and lemongrass until fragrant.
