Ingredients:

  • 2 tuna steaks (about 6-8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. This will be the marinade for the tuna steaks.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade, turning them to coat both sides. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes at room temperature. If you prefer, you can marinate them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
