Easy Recipe to Make Delicious Smoked Salmon Burrito

Ingredients:
For the Burrito Filling:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Dill Cream Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside. This will be used as a sauce for your smoked salmon burrito.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped fresh dill. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each of the flour tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer the smoked salmon slices evenly over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Add the sliced red onions, cucumber, and avocado on top of the smoked salmon.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up from the bottom, creating a burrito shape.
  8. Place the burritos seam-side down to keep them closed.
