In other hand, fish and chickens have own disadvantage. Many fish live in polluted waters, which is causing them to contain more mercury, which can be very harmful in large amounts. More antibiotics are being fed to chickens, causing bacteria to develop antibiotic resistance. Some chickens are treated terribly - not really affecting the nutrition, but a definite disadvantage.

 

In conclusion, both chicken and fish are valuable sources of protein with their own unique nutritional benefits. The choice between the two can depend on personal preferences, dietary needs, health goals, and ethical considerations.
